How is work dispatched and paid?
Trade partners receive scoped work orders through the Lucent dispatch app — with photos, access details, and a clear price. Completed jobs route to direct deposit on a set weekly cycle. No invoice chasing, no lead fees, no bidding.
What licensing and insurance do you require?
License requirements follow the trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) and the jurisdiction in which the work is performed. We require general liability for every partner and workers’ comp for any partner with employees. We verify both before your first dispatch.
Can a sole proprietor join the Network, or only companies?
Both. We work with single-operator handypersons, two-person crews, and multi-truck firms alike. The standard is the same: clean communication, prompt arrival, and quality work — backed by current insurance.
How are broker partnership tiers reviewed?
Tiers are reviewed quarterly. Active listing count, conversion quality, and presentation standards drive movement between Associate and Partner. The Founder tier is invitation-only and is offered to flagship brokerages who help shape the marketplace.
Can I switch tracks later — for example, from Network to Team?
Yes. Several of our staff started in the Network. If a Team role opens that fits your skills and you have a track record with us, you have an inside lane. Tell us in your application which way you are pointed.
